4. Survey & Offer Participation

RewPoll partners with third-party research providers to offer surveys. By participating, you agree to:

Answer survey questions honestly and attentively
Follow all survey instructions and qualification requirements
Complete surveys only once unless explicitly permitted
Understand that survey eligibility and availability may vary

Survey providers may apply their own quality, validation, and compliance checks.

5. Rewards & Payments

Rewards are issued only for valid and verified survey completions. RewPoll reserves the right to:

Delay, adjust, withhold, or revoke rewards for suspected fraud or policy violations
Reverse rewards credited in error
Apply minimum thresholds or verification requirements

All reward decisions made in coordination with survey partners are final.

6. Data Use & Sharing

By using RewPoll, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be shared with trusted survey and research partners, solely for purposes such as survey fulfillment, validation, quality control, fraud prevention, and reward processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials on RewPoll are owned by or licensed to RewPoll and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

RewPoll services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee:

Survey availability or eligibility
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific earnings or rewards
